Let’s face it not all of us have the time, expertise or equipment to fully assemble a Kit Car. Superformance has come to the rescue with its MKIII, Daytona Coupe and the GT40. All three models are built in its South Africa factory and then shipped to a network of dealers in the United States. Dealers then sell the cars as rolling chassis minus the engine and transmission. The cars have a reputation as solidly built replica cars with outstanding performance.

The MKIII is the most popular of the Superformance offerings as well as the most affordable. A further indication of the quality of the vehicle is that this is one of the very few Shelby Cobra replicas to be licensed by Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc.
